Dear Esteemed Client,

Covid 19 regulations are and have been essential to Travel in the last 2 years. On 11/3/2022 the MoH released revised regulations to be adhered to by travelers into the country. Regulations related to international travel as listed below:

  • Any unvaccinated traveler arriving at any port of entrance of Kenya, need to have a negative Covid 19 PCR test taken not more than 72 hours of departure. Those below age of 5 are exempted from this.
  • Unvaccinated travelers will be subjected to an antigen test at their own cost of USD 30. Those with a positive antigen result will be further subjected to covid 19 PCR test at their own cost of USD 50 and self-isolate. Those under the age of 5 are exempted from this.
  • Those travelers arriving in Kenya at any port need to fill a locator form on the ‘jitenge’ platform.
  • Passengers traveling outside Kenya will be required to abide to regulations that apply to destination and or transit countries.
