COVID-19 PANDEMIC TRAVEL STATUS 21st MAR 2020

Dear Esteemed Client,
Greetings from Palbina Team!

The safety, security and good health of our customers and employees is our highest priority. This month has been a difficult month regionally and globally. The airlines schedule across the world has shrunk as governments impose travel restrictions by adjusting immigration policies in a bid to contain the spread of the pandemic.

Accordingly, we would like to share the insights as it is now in our hub Nairobi (NBO). Remember the situation is live, therefore keeps evolving as time goes by. Lately several airlines have had to halt/reduce their operations in line with government regulations. The airlines have been hit hard. However, the good news is they know what everyone is going through and have come up with greater travel flexibility as they balance between tight operational costs and meeting your expectation despite the prevailing circumstances.

Please get in touch with your account manager for unused ticket you may be holding for professional guidance on amendments and cancellations. Make sure your contact details are up to date and you are available so we can let you know if your flight is affected. However, before you fly, please check with us on the latest information to the country you are traveling to for the latest travel restrictions. We also urge you to bear with us since the information may not be real-time because the situation is evolving each day.
